Astro Travels La Palma News August 2026: Astro Travels restarted to offer regular stargazing experiences for individual tourists and small groups (max 10p). The events will be guided by an experienced astronomer assisted by a powerful Sky-Watcher 12-inch (30-cm diam) GOTO telescope and 15x70 binoculars. During 2-3 hours you will observe at least 10 astronomical objects assisted by explanations and answers to your questions about the Universe. Available languages: English, Spanish, Romanian or French. The events will take place in one of the following locations: • "Mirador Astronomico del Llano del Jable" (mountain road LP301 km 6 alt 1300m) • close to "Roque de Los Muchachos Astronomical Observatory" (mountain road LP4 km 35 alt 2200m) • "AstroFarm La Palma" (private observatory in construction) (Calle Catela access from LP1 km 67 alt 1200m) • or maybe in another location of La Palma, based on the clients' accommodation and weather predictions.
